We are experienced with both employment and family-based immigration solutions. We also provide our corporate clients with compliance information, including monitoring guidelines and actions to take in the event of an audit.

We work with employers in obtaining both non-immigrant and immigrant visas for employees, including H-1B’s, L-1’s, R-1’s, O-1’s, TN’s, PERM Labor Certification, Faculty Special Handling, I-140 Visa Petitions for Outstanding Professors/Researchers, I-140 Visa Petitions for Waiver of Labor Certification in the National Interest, I-140 Visa Petitions for Aliens of Extraordinary Ability and I-140 Visa Petitions for Multinational Managers.

We provide family-based immigration solutions, including I-130/I-485’s, I-751’s, consular processing and fiancé petitions.

If you were brought here as a child, you may be eligible to apply under a federal program called DACA. Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA is available for individuals who: (1) entered without inspection before June 15, 2012 or whose lawful immigration status expired as of June 15, 2012; (2) came to the U.S. before reaching age 16; (3) were under age 31 as of June 15, 2012; (4) were physically present on 6/15/2012 & have continuously lived in the U.S. since 6/15/2007 to the present; (5) are currently in high school, have graduated from high school, or have obtained a GED; and (6) have not been convicted of a felony, significant misdemeanor or multiple misdemeanors.

We have years of experience helping persons in completing their N-400 applications, passing the naturalization test and accompanying our clients to their interviews.

We assist clients in obtaining temporary work visas, permanent residence/green card, and U.S. citizenship.

We also assist our corporate clients in complying with I-9 and E-Verify laws and conduct internal audits to insure compliance with documentary and anti-discrimination statutes.
